📋 Description

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles • Apply specific clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Provide virtual clinical care in concert with patients’ primary care providers • Care for patients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year through a team-based approach

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in a Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) with active NCCPA certification, OR Master’s degree in an accredited FNP program with national certification • At least 2 years of Advanced Practitioner experience within the past 5 years in outpatient primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine, seeing patients of all ages (0+) • Currently licensed in California, with ability to obtain additional state licenses • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday • Availability for shifts ranging from 6am to 12am PST • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds • Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues • Readiness to adapt behavior to meet patient needs
