📋 Description

• Treat patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles • Apply clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Deliver evidence-based virtual medical care in concert with patients’ primary care providers

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree in a Physician Assistant program (MSPAS) with active NCCPA certification, OR Master's Degree in an accredited FNP program with a national certification • At least 2 years of Advanced Practitioner practice in the past 5 years in outpatient primary care, urgent care, or emergency medicine, seeing patients of all ages (0+) • Currently licensed in California, with ability to obtain additional state licenses • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts; every other Saturday and/or Sunday required • Availability for shifts ranging from 6am to 12am PST • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Passion for human-centered primary care • Ability to communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Ability to navigate uncertain situations with patients and colleagues • Readiness to adapt behavior to meet patient needs • Authorization to work in the U.S.
