📋 Description

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles • Apply specific clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Provide virtual clinical care in concert with patients’ primary care providers

🎯 Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification • Practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in the past 5 years in either outpatient primary care seeing patients of all ages (0+), or urgent care/emergency medicine seeing patients of all ages (0+) • Currently licensed in CA, with ability to obtain additional state licenses • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts; every other Saturday and/or Sunday required • Ability to work shifts ranging from 6am–12am PST • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care
