📋 Description

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other continuous-learning modalities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles • Apply clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Provide virtual medical care to One Medical patients in concert with their primary care providers • Support 24/7, 365-day team-based virtual clinical care

🎯 Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification • Practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in the past 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) • Currently licensed in CA, with ability to obtain additional state licenses • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts; every other Saturday and/or Sunday required • Ability to work current shifts ranging from 6am–12am PST • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high-quality care
