📋 Description

• Treat patients via telehealth visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups • Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities • Collaborate with virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles • Apply specific clinical training to provide exceptional virtual patient care • Provide virtual clinical care 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in concert with primary care providers

🎯 Requirements

• Completed an accredited FNP program with a national certification • Practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in the past 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) • Currently licensed in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses • Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and/or Sunday • Ability to work shifts ranging from 6am–12am PST • Excellent clinical and communication skills • Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care • Ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care
