📋 Description

• Guide customers through discovery and implementation processes to optimize use of the Bridgeway software suite • Guide customers through change when moving from one system to another • Align projects with business objectives • Construct detailed work plans • Manage project teams, milestones, budgets, timelines, resources, scope, margins, and billable utilization • Lead client implementations from project kick-off through go-live and transition to support • Manage communications, escalations, and expectations with internal and external stakeholders • Monitor and update schedules, budgets, estimates, and project financial forecasts • Identify and mitigate risks affecting budget, timeline, and efficiency • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation • Participate in process improvement activities • Collaborate with professional services, sales, support, engineering, and technical services/hosting teams • Lead requirements gathering, estimating, and proposal creation • Coordinate requirements, engineering handoff, integration, training, and knowledge transfer • Track project portfolio performance against key metrics and recommend efficiency improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading and delivering projects, including responsibility for project planning, execution, budget, schedule, and stakeholder management • Experience implementing enterprise software or technology solutions for external stakeholders is preferred • Ability to work on challenging projects that require creativity and prioritizing work loads • Proven ability to solve problems creatively • Excellent analytical skills • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful • Knowledge of Agile Scrum projects, methods, and principles • Experience with online professional services automation solutions such as AdaptiveWork/PlanView and SmartSheet • Strong MS Office skills • Experience using generative AI tools such as Claude and Copilot • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline • Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) is preferred
