📋 Description

• Lead catalog strategy across multiple catalog segments • Build and maintain a structured catalog of entities across service branches, nations, and eras, tracking completion, freshness, and data confidence • Partner with Customer Relations to translate customer and field feedback into a prioritized catalog roadmap • Research sources and codify governing principles for human and AI entity creation • Research, adopt, or develop defensible formulas for weapon effects, sensor effects, fuel burn, survivability, and other performance models • Defend modeling decisions to customers and subject matter experts and partner with Engineering on implementation • Create and maintain a network of subject matter experts • Direct AI-agent workflows for first-pass research, data entry, and documentation at scale • Design prompts, review loops, and guardrails for analysts and their agents • Define workflow-accelerating tool requirements and partner with Engineering to build them • Lead verification, validation, and accreditation across catalog segments • Direct automated test-battery development and partner with Engineering on continuous catalog testing • Organize and run competitive wargames to stress-test entities and assumptions • Interrogate the catalog and drive ongoing improvement • Lead documentation standards and author internal and external knowledge articles explaining model logic and sourcing • Train and mentor analysts on tradecraft, rubrics, and VV&A methods

🎯 Requirements

• Strong research and analytical skills, with sound judgment when source data is incomplete or conflicted • Demonstrated ability to direct AI agents through clear instructions, review checkpoints, and error detection • Comfort with quantitative modeling and sanity-checking formulas for weapon effects, fuel consumption, and survivability • Strong organizational skills to maintain a catalog/tracking system spanning hundreds of items • Concise, effective written and verbal communication • A wargamer's mindset and concern for simulation accuracy • Comfortable serving as the escalation point for contested technical calls and defending them to customers or subject matter experts • Experience with game modding tools, editors, or simulation authoring environments (preferred) • Experience partnering with engineering on test automation or QA tooling (preferred) • Familiarity with military doctrine, force structure, or platform performance data (preferred) • Experience with version control and bug-tracking systems (preferred) • Experience mentoring, training, or setting technical standards adopted by other analysts or contributors (preferred)
