📋 Description
• Define and execute the CRM product strategy and roadmap. • Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into clear product specifications. • Manage the development and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics capabilities and integrations. • Prioritise features and initiatives based on business value and customer outcomes. • Work closely with engineering, operations, sales, marketing and customer service teams. • Analyse user behaviour and product performance to drive continuous improvement. • Ensure CRM processes and data support regulatory and operational requirements. • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners.
🎯 Requirements
• 7–12 years of professional experience, including at least 4–6 years in Product Management roles. • Significant hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365. • Proven track record of owning product roadmaps and delivering successful digital products. • Experience working with agile delivery teams. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. • Bachelor's degree from a leading university, ideally in a STEM discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or similar).
