📋 Description

• Join the Digital Branch team to gain insights into operations at a fast-growing bank • Help advance Climate First Bank's growth initiatives within the Digital Branch • Shadow Digital Bankers to learn customer service delivery • Create knowledgebase articles and identify AI-driven solutions • Optimize onboarding workflows using AI • Support sales campaign management and technology rollouts • Champion the mission of social, economic, environmental, and racial justice

🎯 Requirements

• Experience delivering customer service in a remote environment • Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and team members • Strong affinity for business development and community involvement • Fast learner with ability to work independently in a high-volume environment • Excellent communication skills on camera, phone, and chat • Understanding of banking products and processes • Deep understanding of AI and automation technology
