📋 Description

• Identify homeowners of luxury properties within the assigned destination • Leverage local relationships and networks to generate warm introductions • Represent onefinestay at relevant local events and gatherings • Introduce homeowners to onefinestay's value proposition, service model, and listing benefits • Address homeowner questions about management terms, calendar control, revenue potential, and service standards • Guide interested homeowners through signing property management contracts • Coordinate with New Markets and legal/contracting teams to finalise terms • Ensure signed properties meet onefinestay's quality and service standards • Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, and contract status • Report pipeline activity to the Director of Business Development, New Markets • Support handoff of signed properties to operations and onboarding teams • Maintain homeowner goodwill and support early relationship development and referrals • Share local market intelligence on market dynamics, homeowner sentiment, competitor activity, and pricing

🎯 Requirements

• Established network of homeowners, property managers, real estate agents, or relevant local contacts within the assigned destination • Proven ability to prospect, build rapport, and close agreements • Prior experience in real estate, luxury sales, hospitality, vacation rentals, or a relationship-driven, commission-based sales role • Comfortable operating independently and managing own schedule, prospecting activity, and pipeline • Strong local credibility and ability to represent onefinestay's quality, discretion, and professionalism • Working understanding of the luxury vacation rental or high-end real estate market • Fluency in the local language • Familiarity with local customs, regulations, and property ownership norms • Responsible for own time, tools, travel, and applicable local business registration or tax obligations • Demonstrable local network and sales track record • No formal minimum tenure required
