📋 Description

• Lead technical architecture and design of large-scale enterprise software solutions • Drive engineering strategy and influence technical direction across multiple teams • Design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native applications • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and DevOps teams • Serve as technical authority for critical engineering initiatives and architectural decisions • Lead design reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning sessions • Mentor senior engineers and promote engineering best practices • Improve software quality through automation, testing, observability, and performance optimization • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate • Partner with Security teams to ensure secure development practices and compliance • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues • Drive modernization efforts, including cloud migration, platform improvements, and technical debt reduction • Contribute to coding, design, code reviews, and proof-of-concept development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience • 12+ years of professional software engineering experience • Extensive experience designing and building enterprise software products • Proven experience serving as a technical leader across multiple engineering teams • Deep knowledge of software architecture and distributed systems • Strong experience with cloud-native application development • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to influence without direct authority
