📋 Description

• Lead development of budgets and forecasts, including headcount, compensation, and vendor spend • Serve as financial partner across teams, advising on financial decisions, strategies, and performance improvement initiatives • Track and analyze expenses, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and identifying cost-efficiency opportunities • Analyze financial results and conduct detailed variance analyses • Communicate insights and recommendations to improve financial performance • Deliver regular and ad-hoc financial reports to the CFO and senior G&A leads • Provide commentary on trends, risks, and opportunities • Collaborate with departments including Accounting to ensure financial data integrity and compliance • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for scenario analysis, long-term planning, and strategic initiatives • Continuously assess and improve financial processes • Identify opportunities to deploy AI across tasks and responsibilities to improve reporting and forecasting efficiency and accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred) • 7-10 years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, or similar roles, preferably in a fast-paced fintech, consumer finance, or tech environment • Proven experience providing financial insights to senior leadership • Expert financial modeling skills • Advanced proficiency in Excel/GSheets • Proficiency and proven integration of AI tools into current or prior roles across all tasks and projects under your scope of responsibility • Demonstrated ability to streamline and improve financial processes, with a bias for operational efficiency • Strong collaboration and business partnering skills; experience working with G&A functions a plus • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to present complex data and financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment • Experience reporting to or working directly with a CFO or Head of FP&A • The Triple H Factor: Hungry, Humble, Honest • An act-like-an-owner mentality; bias toward taking action and a fast-paced culture • Applicants must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States
