📋 Description

• Own product analytics end-to-end, framing the metrics that matter and connecting signals across products • Analyze customer behavior holistically, connecting engagement, satisfaction, and outcome signals to shape the roadmap • Use AI-powered tools such as Cursor, Claude, and agents to accelerate analysis and automate workflows • Turn transcripts, surveys, and customer feedback into product-shaping insights alongside CX, research, and product partners • Share insights and recommendations with senior leadership to influence business direction • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, research, and data science teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4–8 years of professional experience in product or customer analytics • Proven track record of leveraging quantitative analyses to drive product or business changes in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated experience with product analytics and customer measurement • Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to independently pull and analyze complex datasets • Strong AI fluency; daily use of Cursor, Claude, or similar tools to build • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills • Intellectual curiosity to look beyond the “what” and answer the “why” • Act-like-an-owner mentality • Applicants must be currently authorized to work lawfully in the United States
