📋 Description

• Own the roadmap and day-to-day execution for the Cash Advance product and other Banking features • Design and ship the next phase of Cash Advance as the product scales • Understand customer pain points, define requirements, and ship features • Apply quantitative rigor to user conversion, limit setting, repayment optimization, fee structure, and unit economics • Partner with analytics, legal, engineering, design, risk, and servicing teams • Ensure seamless and scalable experiences across app and point-of-sale channels

🎯 Requirements

• 3–8 years of relevant experience owning an overdraft, Cash Advance, or Consumer Lending product • Ability to understand underlying product mechanics, including limits, repayment, and fees; full underwriting depth is not required • Track record of operating independently with minimal ramp-up • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and risk partners on unit economics • Highly detail-oriented • Drive and proactivity • Currently authorized to work lawfully in the United States • Must answer whether employment-based immigration sponsorship is required now or in the future
