📋 Description

• Own how customers discover Pay Later and start a first loan outside checkout • Lead in-store and wallet provisioning from initial test through scaled rollout • Set demand and conversion targets with analytics • Run continuous experiments against demand and conversion targets • Partner with the personalization platform team to optimize offers for Pay Later • Ship products with Engineering, Design, Risk, and Walmart partners • Grow OnePay's Pay Later product through Walmart-scale distribution

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in product, mostly at startups, owning a funnel or growth surface end to end • Demonstrated ability to quantify product impact and outcomes • Record of shipping through teams not directly managed, including platform, data, and partners • Strong ownership and experience being a decision maker • Experience in payments, lending, or consumer banking platforms • BNPL experience is helpful but not required • Currently authorized to work lawfully in the United States • Must answer whether employment-based immigration sponsorship will be required
