📋 Description

• Own end-to-end product development from ideation through launch and iteration • Build and improve products across areas like high-yield savings, investing/crypto, peer-to-peer payments, and buy now, pay later (BNPL) • Partner closely with engineering, design, and data to ship high-quality, customer-facing features quickly • Use data and experimentation to make decisions and improve outcomes • Identify and drive opportunities to improve user experience, engagement, and financial outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 7 years of product management experience, ideally in consumer tech, fintech, or fast-growing environments • Knowledge and ability to use AI tools to accelerate development and deliver measurable output • Experience working on products such as banking, payments, lending, BNPL, or other consumer financial tools • A strong sense of urgency. You move quickly, make decisions with imperfect information, and focus on shipping to a timeline • A high level of ownership. You take responsibility for outcomes and drive work end to end • Ability to make solid product decisions without overthinking or over-relying on frameworks • Comfort with ambiguity, to make progress even when things are not fully defined • Low ego and strong collaboration skills • Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor
