📋 Description

• Own and prioritize the roadmap for the product area • Talk to customers, understand their problems, and translate them into business opportunities • Work cross-functionally to explore ideas, discover the problem space, and shape solutions • Validate hypotheses through prototyping, testing, and data analysis • Dive deeply into the technical details of the product and APIs • Motivate a group of people to deliver products and user experiences • Identify and drive product, organizational, and process opportunities independently • Work with Product Marketing and the wider organization to drive field enablement and customer adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of product experience operating at scale in a tech company or fast-growing startup • Familiarity with at least one common design tool (OneSignal uses Figma) • Strong quantitative and technical background; familiarity with coding • Ability to navigate complex technical requirements of the OneSignal platform • Strong data analytics skills • Ability to formulate and structure complex analyses to answer key product questions • Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality products at scale • Resourcefulness and ability to act autonomously, with urgency and excitement to tackle new challenges • Business sense and ability to prioritize company-building opportunities • Ability to work with business teams to quantify feature value • Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills • Experience with B2B SaaS supporting Freemium through Enterprise-level customers is a plus • Experience with cross-channel customer messaging/customer engagement platforms or marketing automation is a plus
