📋 Description

• Assist the development team in delivering high quality software releases • Collaborate with Business Transformation and Operations teams to gather requirements and create stories • Manage a product backlog, including prioritizing and refining user stories • Conduct deep dives into business processes related to Payroll Tax • Act as key liaison with business owners and stakeholders to gather technical requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in a payroll tax or other highly regulated industry • 5+ years of experience with Payroll Tax filing and/or Payroll Tax filing software • 3+ years of experience in process discovery and documentation including developing flow diagrams for business users and developers interfacing with web-based systems • 3+ years of experience in defining business roles and documenting technical system specifications • Demonstrable verbal and written communication skills
