📋 Description

• Conduct ERP readiness assessments, develop roadmaps, and advise clients on ERP-related decisions • Collaborate with client leaders and practitioners to define vision, evaluate options, and align technology investments with mission outcomes • Lead daily meetings, workshops, interviews, and executive briefings to surface priorities, drive program execution, and build consensus • Manage working relationships among clients, system implementation partners, independent contractors, and other third parties • Contextualize Workday challenges and decisions using relevant experience, product expertise, and practical solutions • Facilitate the end-to-end product lifecycle for Workday Finance solutions, including roadmap definition, backlog prioritization, and delivery across configuration, integration, reporting, and technical teams • Support clients with biannual Workday releases and routine system enhancements • Drive platform stability and continuous improvement across Finance business processes • Partner with program management, change management and training, HR, and IT workstreams on complex Workday programs • Support methodology development, proposal writing, business development, thought leadership, and internal capability building

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on configuration experience in multiple Workday Finance modules as a Workday customer or systems implementor • 3+ years of product ownership experience in multiple Workday Finance modules as a Workday customer or consultant • Experience defining and managing agile release management processes, including backlog management, roadmap definition, prioritization, sprint planning, and change control • Demonstrated knowledge of Workday Finance solutions and the Workday ecosystem • Workday customer or implementor certification in one or more Finance modules • Strong functional knowledge of Finance business processes, common Workday solution challenges, and leading practices • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations • Ability to lead client engagements independently and collaboratively • Bachelor’s degree required • Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients • Experience supporting sales and business development • Flexibility to travel periodically based on business and client needs • Previous management or technology consulting experience at a recognized professional services organization preferred • Experience in Finance business process analysis and ERP transformation preferred • Experience working with higher education, nonprofit, and state and local government sectors preferred • Experience supporting proposal writing and sourcing new business preferred
