📋 Description

• Serve as the senior functional and technical authority for Workday Financials and Projects • Own and drive the strategic roadmap for Workday Projects • Lead product roadmap planning and backlog prioritization discussions • Mentor and develop junior and mid-level Workday analysts • Act as a trusted advisor to business and IT leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience • 8+ years of Workday functional experience • Demonstrated experience acting as a solution architect • Extensive expertise in the Workday security model • Proven track record owning a strategic roadmap • Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects • Demonstrated experience mentoring or developing analysts • Proficiency in MS Office and project collaboration tools • Significant experience in a professional services or project-based environment
