• Serve as the primary sales enablement contact for Testing & Analysis stakeholders • Manage incoming sales enablement requests and facilitate project kick-off meetings • Develop, write, edit, and design sales collateral, including service and product sheets, statements of qualifications, presentations, project profiles, and customer-facing materials • Update and maintain sales enablement materials for accuracy, branding, and messaging consistency • Conduct market, competitor, and client research for business development initiatives • Maintain the sales content library by uploading assets, organizing materials, applying metadata, and keeping content searchable • Coordinate with technical experts, business development, and marketing teams to gather information and manage timelines • Prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality deliverables • Use ClickUp to track tasks, timelines, status updates, and deliverables
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) • 2–5 years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, proposal development, or communications • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills • Experience creating professional sales collateral • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel • Experience with project management platforms such as ClickUp or Asana • Experience using generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude, with sound judgment and human review • Exceptional written and verbal communication • Ability to interview subject matter experts and translate technical concepts into client-focused messaging • Strong attention to detail • Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Collaboration and stakeholder management • Preferred: Experience with Adobe InDesign • Preferred: Experience with CRM or sales enablement platforms such as Salesforce, Loopio, or Aprimo • Preferred: Experience supporting technical or environmental consulting organizations • Preferred: Experience with graphic design, illustration, and/or layouts
