• Execute installation and configuration of complex electro/mechanical equipment, software systems at customer sites • Support ramp activities by performing installations under both standard and escalated conditions • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues encountered during installation and startup • Collaborate with Ramp Manager and field teams to meet installation schedules and milestones • Ensure all installations meet quality, safety, and performance standards • Perform system validation, calibration, and testing to confirm operational readiness • Document installation activities, issues, and resolutions in accordance with company processes • Provide feedback to engineering and product teams to improve installation procedures and product performance • Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory required for installation activities • Support customer interactions during installation, ensuring clear communication and professional representation of the company • Participate in training programs to stay current on new products, upgrades, and installation methodologies
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in field service, installation, or technical support • BS in electronics, mechanical, or related technical discipline, or equivalent military/technical experience • Hands-on experience with electro/mechanical systems, software integration, and troubleshooting • Proficient in Microsoft Office products • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally; must maintain valid travel documentation • Up to 50% travel required (adjustable based on business needs) • Knowledge or exposure to optics, image processing, or motion control systems is preferred
