📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day books and financials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all reporting • Build and maintain financial models and variance analysis to support strategic planning • Spearhead tax related tasks pertinent to the business • Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term initiatives • Aid employee onboarding from a financial and operational perspective • Collaborate cross-functionally to support business development and growth

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years experience working in a finance related field (5+ years preferred) • Exceptional attention to detail with a desire to optimize processes • Familiarity with financial modeling tools and accounting software • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear insights • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with moving targets • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally • Interest in a startup within the sports gaming industry
