📋 Description

• Conduct scheduled telehealth nursing visits • Respond to inbound and outbound patient communications • Assess patient concerns, answer clinical questions, and provide evidence-based guidance and support • Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, side-effect management, and ongoing care recommendations • Communicate laboratory and diagnostic results and provide appropriate patient education and follow-up • Accurately document patient interactions in electronic medical records and internal systems • Consult with providers regarding patient concerns and ensure continuity of care • Deliver services consistent with applicable standards of practice, client clinical protocols, HIPAA, and other applicable laws • Exercise independent professional judgment within scope of practice • Coordinate with other treating clinicians on each patient's care team

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license • Active Compact Nursing License, with residence in the compact home state and an additional 5 state licenses not included in the compact • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program required • Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care, case management, or related settings • Minimum 1 year of experience with medical weight management and GLP-1 therapies • Minimum 1 year of telemedicine experience • Strong clinical judgment and ability to independently assess and triage patient concerns • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills • Proficiency with telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHRs), and digital communication tools • Own computer, audio/visual tools, reliable high-speed internet, and a private HIPAA-compliant workspace • Preferred experience with Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT) / Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), men's health and erectile dysfunction (ED), longevity and preventative health, or functional medicine • Weekday availability of 20 or more hours per week, including 2 weekend shifts per month, in 4-hour blocks; or evening/weekend availability of 10 or more hours per week • Availability for evening scheduling from 5:00 PM–8:00 PM ET and/or weekend scheduling from 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET
