📋 Description

• Conduct scheduled telehealth nursing visits and respond to inbound and outbound patient communications • Assess patient concerns, answer clinical questions, and provide evidence-based guidance and support • Educate patients on medications, treatment plans, side effect management, and ongoing care recommendations • Communicate laboratory and diagnostic results and provide patient education and follow-up • Document patient interactions accurately in electronic medical records and internal systems • Consult with providers regarding patient concerns and ensure continuity of care • Deliver services consistent with standards of practice, client clinical protocols, HIPAA, and applicable laws • Provide virtual clinical guidance, care coordination, education, and advocacy throughout patients’ healthcare journeys

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license • Active Compact Nursing License, residence in the compact home state, and ability to obtain additional state licensure • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited nursing program required • Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience in acute care, case management, or related settings • Minimum 1 year of experience with medical weight management and GLP-1 therapies • Minimum 1 year of telemedicine experience • Strong clinical judgment and ability to independently assess and triage patient concerns • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills • Proficiency with telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHRs), and digital communication tools • Own computer and audio/visual tools • Reliable high-speed internet • Private, HIPAA-compliant workspace • Ability to meet the stated scheduling commitment: 20+ hours per week for weekday scheduling or 10+ hours per week for evening/weekend scheduling • Preferred experience in Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), men’s health and erectile dysfunction, longevity and preventative health, or functional medicine
