• Drive Account Growth & Diversification by identifying opportunities to expand OpenLoop’s footprint • Ensure Customer Success & ROI by defining success and tracking KPIs • Monitor account health signals for churn mitigation • Act as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders • Navigate complex system integrations for seamless data exchange • Collaborate with Sales and Leadership to manage renewals and upsell contracts • Synthesize client feedback into actionable insights for the Product team • Lead clients through implementation to go-live • Conduct regular Business Reviews to analyze program performance
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management (B2B SaaS preferred) • Strong mental model of complex system integrations and APIs • Comfortable discussing contracts, identifying upsell opportunities, and negotiating renewals • Excel at building rapport with technical users and C-suite executives. • Proactive in using data to spot trends and offer solutions • Familiarity with the nuances of healthcare delivery or clinical operations (Bonus)
