📋 Description

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports across the GTM funnel, from top-of-funnel acquisition through pipeline, conversion, and retention • Analyze funnel performance and trends to identify conversion bottlenecks, drop-off points, and improvement opportunities across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success • Partner with RevOps leadership to support forecasting and planning with clean, reliable data analysis and scenario modeling • Identify opportunities to improve revenue efficiency through insights on pipeline quality, campaign performance, rep productivity, and customer health • Deliver clear, concise insights to leadership through weekly pipeline reports, QBR packages, and ad hoc analyses • Partner with the Revenue Intelligence team to identify data quality issues, validate analysis inputs, and ensure insight integrity • Help Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams make data-driven decisions and build scalable self-serve reporting infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, or a data-heavy business intelligence role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company • Strong SQL skills • Experience building reports and dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or equivalent BI tools • Solid understanding of SaaS revenue metrics: pipeline, ARR, conversion rates, churn, NRR, CAC, LTV • Experience working with Salesforce and/or HubSpot data • Exceptional data storytelling skills • Detail-oriented with strong data validation instincts • Proactive and intellectually curious
