📋 Description

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout their care journey • Schedule new and returning client appointments • Support recurring appointment coordination and continuity of care • Verify insurance eligibility and authorization status • Collect and document required intake and payment information • Follow up regarding missed appointments, incomplete documentation, and scheduling needs • Maintain accurate information within CRM and EHR systems • Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients and payer representatives • Escalate concerns appropriately and collaborate with internal teams as needed • Ensure clients are scheduled efficiently and supported professionally • Keep provider schedules organized and optimized • Complete insurance and intake requirements prior to appointments • Maintain calm, professional, and solution-oriented communication • Keep documentation and system records accurate and timely

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be located within the United States • E-Verify required • Minimum 2 years of healthcare scheduling, patient coordination, or customer support experience • Behavioral health or medical office experience preferred • Strong communication and organizational skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • Reliable high-speed internet and private workspace required • Comfortable learning and working within multiple software systems • Scheduled daytime shift coverage required • Occasional weekend rotation may be required
