📋 Description

• Provide virtual individual psychotherapy primarily to adult clients • Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans • Support clients presenting with behavioral health and life concerns • Deliver evidence-guided, culturally responsive, client-centered care • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation • Collaborate with the broader care team as appropriate • Practice within applicable professional, licensing, and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted California license: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) • Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care • Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms • Passion for providing culturally responsive, client-centered care • Minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability • Experience providing psychotherapy to adult clients preferred • Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, or other common adult behavioral health needs preferred • Telehealth experience preferred • Licensure in multiple states preferred • Additional language proficiency preferred; Spanish highly desirable • Experience working with diverse or underserved populations preferred • Membership in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or PSYPACT compacts, where applicable preferred • Applicants must hold an active, unrestricted California clinical license; associate-level applicants are not accepted
