📋 Description

• Provide virtual psychotherapy to children and adolescents • Assess developmental, behavioral, emotional, and mental health needs • Develop age-appropriate individualized treatment plans • Collaborate with parents and caregivers when clinically appropriate • Deliver evidence-guided, culturally responsive, client-centered care • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation • Collaborate with the broader care team as appropriate • Practice within applicable professional, licensing, and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted California license as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or licensed Psychologist (PsyD/PhD) • Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based care • Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms • Passion for providing culturally responsive, client-centered care • Minimum of 20 hours of recurring weekly availability • Experience providing psychotherapy to children and/or adolescents preferred • Experience addressing youth behavioral health concerns preferred • Experience engaging parents and caregivers as part of treatment preferred • Telehealth experience preferred • Licensure in multiple states preferred • Additional language proficiency preferred; Spanish highly desirable • Experience working with diverse or underserved youth and families preferred • Associate-level applicants are not currently accepted
