📋 Description

• Support partner operations and maintain high-quality partner data • Coordinate partner onboarding, communications, and enablement activities • Administer the OpenSesame Certified program • Prepare recurring partner reports and dashboards • Support monthly Partner SPIFF administration • Maintain SOPs, templates, documentation, and internal knowledge resources • Own recurring partner operational processes with minimal oversight • Identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements • Partner with Revenue Operations and Business Systems to streamline workflows • Improve reporting, documentation, and self-service resources • Support cross-functional partner initiatives and program launches • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Business Systems, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships
