📋 Description

• Design and evolve the operating model behind the global partner ecosystem • Own the programs, planning frameworks, governance, operational processes, and strategic initiatives • Own annual and quarterly partner planning cycles and executive planning materials • Lead cross-functional initiatives and develop roadmaps aligned with company OKRs • Design and optimize operational processes across onboarding and partner lifecycle management

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of building and scaling programs in SaaS • Skills in simplifying complex business processes • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives • Knowledge of automation and AI to drive operational excellence • Ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Finance, Business Systems, and Partnerships
