📋 Description

• Support enterprise customers with the architecture of OpenText solutions, including the xECM Platform, and their migration into the cloud • Advise customers on the design, implementation, and migration of OpenText Content Management and CCM solutions, including cloud implementations • Conduct detailed requirement analyses and examine business processes to identify suitable EIM solutions • Create solution concepts and technical documentation, including infrastructure and implementation plans • Support presales, technical escalations, and alignments with customers • Advise customers on best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in ECM systems, or ERP or CRM • Proficiency in software development, e.g. ABAP, .Net, or web technologies • Familiarity with IT architecture, client/server systems, cloud technologies, and databases • Knowledge of OpenText products such as Extended ECM and Archive Center is beneficial • Knowledge of SAP technologies such as ECC, HANA, and SuccessFactors is beneficial • Project experience within cloud environments • Knowledge of containerization • Good communication skills in English
