📋 Description

• Facilitate quality Professional Learning events coordinated and planned through Open Up Resources • Foster helpful and authentic dialogue among curriculum users by sharing personal implementation experiences • Prepare for and confidently deliver Professional Learning plans provided by Open Up Resources • Use technologies such as Google Apps for Education to facilitate Professional Learning • Understand and effectively communicate in-depth curriculum knowledge • Use participant, district leader, and Open Up Resources team feedback to improve delivery • Communicate effectively and promptly with Open Up Resources, districts, and participating educators • Stay current with ongoing training from the Professional Learning Manager • Maintain reliability, responsiveness, dedication to the OUR Mission and values, and integrity in curriculum implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Classroom experience implementing Bookworms K–5 Reading & Writing • Currently working in a classroom or district with the curriculum • Experience and understanding of the education environment • Superior attention to detail • Dedication to excellence • Proven track record of accountability • Ability to lead meetings via web conference tools, including Zoom, Google Meets, and Microsoft Teams • Working knowledge of email, Google platform, and MS Office 365 • Ability to effectively utilize educational technologies, including Google Apps for Education • Extraordinary and timely written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Positive attitude focused on collaboration and team problem solving • Ability to foster a positive remote team environment
