• Drive direct revenue growth by acquiring and developing relationships with advertisers, agencies, and performance marketing partners across the Americas. • Build and execute a go-to-market strategy for performance advertising demand generation across key verticals including fintech, betting, lead generation, e-commerce, and mobile growth. • Identify new business opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure. • Partner closely with Product, Ad Operations, Account Management, and Commercial teams to develop solutions that address client objectives and maximize campaign performance. • Maintain deep knowledge of the AdTech and programmatic ecosystem, market trends, competitor activity, and emerging advertising technologies to identify growth opportunities.
• 7+ years of experience in digital advertising, AdTech, programmatic advertising, or performance marketing sales. • Proven track record of driving direct advertising revenue and securing budgets from advertisers and agencies. • Strong understanding of performance advertising models, programmatic buying, user acquisition, lead generation, attribution, measurement, and campaign optimization. • Existing network of relationships across advertisers, agencies, and performance marketing decision-makers in North America and/or LATAM. • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build new business opportunities from the ground up in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
