• manage the development and execution of strategic communications that cultivate and sustain partnerships with corporations, foundations, gift-in-kind (GIK) partners, and individual supporters • translate program impact into compelling proposals, reports, presentations, and content that secures funding • facilitate ministry activities and contribute to OB’s Biblical mission
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or related field or 2-4 years’ equivalent experience • Proven knowledge, understanding and experience in project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail • Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms preferred • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive communications • Experience developing proposals, reports, stewardship communications, and donor-facing materials
