Operation Smile is a global nonprofit organization that provides free cleft lip and palate surgeries and comprehensive, multidisciplinary care to children and families in low-resource communities. For more than 40 years it has run surgical programs, trained local medical teams, supported speech therapy and follow-up care, and partnered with governments and NGOs to strengthen local health systems and expand access to safe surgery. The organization is volunteer-led, relies on fundraising and partnerships, and focuses on education, advocacy, and sustainable capacity-building.

📋 Description

• Manage and optimize Operation Blessing's digital presence through website design, content management, email marketing support, fundraising initiatives, analytics, and project coordination • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, corporate IT teams, and third-party development partners to deliver effective digital experiences that support ministry, marketing, and fundraising objectives • Facilitate ministry activities and contribute to OB’s Biblical mission to extend a helping hand in Christ’s name to meet physical and spiritual needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in web development and design • Strong working knowledge of email marketing platforms and best practices • Proficient in Internet production tools • Working knowledge of ASP, HTML, XML, Visual Basic or Java desirable • Working knowledge in WooCommerce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and website reporting tools • Strong oral and written communication skills • Excellent ability to use design practices, modeling and system documentation • On-going ability to learn new methods and technologies and implement them • Flexible with ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and be an effective member of a creative team • Strong project and time management skills with ability to prioritize work • Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish effective rapport with all levels of management, staff and outside public • Demonstrate life application of Biblical principles and practices in alignment with Operation Blessing's Christian mission.
