📋 Description

• Provide long-term case management to program participants • Maintain monthly contact with clients and perform quarterly visits remotely or in person to ensure program compliance • Track client progress toward program completion • Develop individualized program goals and assist clients in meeting program expectations and goals toward deeding • Work with the Program Manager on client issues, including implementing client action plans and tracking progress • Complete and maintain accurate case-file documentation and submit timely reports • Schedule and monitor clients’ required participation in financial counseling • Provide monthly financial advisement through budget and savings monitoring • Communicate with homeowners associations and manage home utility services • Submit and track home warranty requests and assist with home repair issues • Travel to program-related special events and homes for key handovers and visits/inspections • Evaluate applications and documents for Housing Program eligibility • Request information, gather references, and complete background and credit checks for applicants • Prepare materials for selection committee review • Provide support and resources for clients in crisis • Assist clients with integration into their communities • Represent Operation Homefront publicly • Speak to and coordinate with media outlets and donors for housing-related events • Coordinate with communications and development departments to meet donor requests and needs • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field • 2–3 years’ experience in a non-profit organization • Microsoft Office 365 knowledge • Valid driver’s license • Ability to pass an annual motor vehicle report (MVR) • Ability to pass a criminal background check • 100/300/100 personal auto coverage • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds • Ability to drive a motor vehicle and travel to meetings, training sessions, and business-related events, including overnight travel at least 10% of the time • May be required to work after hours, including weekends and holidays • Successful completion of education verification • Master’s degree in social work or related field preferred • Knowledge of housing programs and military pay systems/pay tables preferred
