• Contribute to the design of certification standards and academic structure • Support credentialing and accreditation strategy development • Establish and uphold academic governance and integrity standards • Collaborate with the founder on long-term institutional design and decision-making • Participate in shaping policies, frameworks, and documentation that ensure credibility and rigor
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with professional education, certification programs, or credentialing frameworks • Strong systems thinking and structured problem-solving ability • Sound judgment and a long-term institutional mindset • Clear written communication and documentation discipline • Ability to collaborate thoughtfully and operate without ego • Comfort working in an equity-based, non-salaried founding role
