📋 Description

• Planning and directing all accounting operational functions • Managing the accumulation and consolidation of financial information for internal and external financial statements • Assessing accounting and internal control systems • Managing monthly and annual close of income statement and balance sheet, the reconciliations of accounts, and G/L analysis • Financial Statement preparation and review • Participate in close, review and consolidation of the US Group including international subsidiaries • Analyze, apply and improve policies, procedures, controls and methodologies • Assist with creation of and monthly monitoring of the yearly budget and forecasts • Assist with management of finance department operations, including accounts payable and payroll • Research, prepare and execute Finance Department initiatives such as software and systems implementation and other departmental or firm-wide improvements, as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance • Exceptional Accounting Knowledge • 3+ years’ experience in Accounting • Experience with Software industry is a plus • International accounting experience is an advantage • A highly productive self-starter with very strong work ethic and commitment to excellence • Strong accountability and detail oriented; prepares accurate and timely work product • Ability to work independently and thrive, and be a team player • Strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written, and ability to build as well as deliver effective presentations • Superior organization skills and the ability to prioritize • Ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment • Excellent computer skills with MS Office software, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, (NetSuite a plus!)
