📋 Description
• Own AP and AR: reconcile open invoices against client billing and hourly rates, run weekly bill pay, and keep past-due follow-up moving • Run biweekly payroll reconciliation (Paylocity to QuickBooks) and monthly close, reconciling bank, card, and processor accounts and posting journal entries • Deliver monthly financials: P&L, budget-versus-actual, cash-flow forecasting, and software and vendor spend reporting • Own compliance: W-9s and 1099s, CPA year-end prep, multi-state payroll registrations, and Texas franchise tax data
🎯 Requirements
• Full-charge bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, including AP/AR, categorization, and monthly close • Payroll reconciliation and multi-state payroll tax and 1099 compliance (Paylocity or similar) • Bank, credit card, and payment-processor reconciliation, plus journal entries and monthly financials • Budgeting, P&L, and cash-flow reporting, with the self-direction to own finance independently in a remote team
