📋 Description

• Lead training sessions on the Opus 2 software ensuring participants can make full use of the solution. • Support, and eventually lead, training workshops including custom / ad-hoc training to end-clients. • Create and adapt training content / materials required to deliver and support all educational activities. • Organise and plan training sessions with clients to ensure their core needs are covered. • Maintain records of client training, including attendance and session duration. • Ensure client success and provide post-training support to build long-lasting client relationships. • Record and review customer feedback from training, pass it to internal stakeholders, and communicate comments or resolutions back to clients. • Deliver training to internal teams on new solution areas, product enhancements, and new features. • Become a trusted advisor to clients and an advocate for Opus 2 and its software. • Become a domain expert in solution areas, understand the competitive landscape, and articulate the benefits of the Opus 2 platform.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in a software training role. • Previous work experience within LegalTech or a law firm is advantageous. • Bright, engaging and thinks on their feet. • Professional, courteous and confident communicator. • Proactive and flexible attitude to work in a fast-paced software company. • Extremely well organised. • Ability to work on their own initiative. • A good understanding of computer hardware and software.
