⢠Drive sales growth and expand market share for Dura-Line's accessories portfolio across the assigned territory. ⢠Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, contractors, engineering firms, utilities, and end users. ⢠Deliver customer presentations, product demonstrations, and technical sales support both virtually and in person. ⢠Collaborate with Application Engineers and internal teams to develop customer-focused technical and commercial solutions. ⢠Utilize Salesforce.com to manage opportunities, account planning, forecasting, project tracking, and customer interactions. ⢠Analyze market trends, competitor activity, pricing strategies, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities. ⢠Lead and support Manufacturer Representatives within the territory. ⢠Partner with Customer Service, Inside Sales, Product Management, and Operations to provide an exceptional customer experience. ⢠Manage sales activities including RFQs, RFPs, quotations, pricing, pipeline management, forecasts, and customer visits. ⢠Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and business updates to leadership.
⢠2+ years of technical sales, business development, engineering, or related commercial experience. ⢠Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered. ⢠Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing customer relationships. ⢠Experience managing a territory independently in a remote environment. ⢠Strong analytical and business acumen with experience managing sales performance against budgets and forecasts. ⢠Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. ⢠Ability to translate technical information into customer-focused business solutions. ⢠Experience working cross-functionally with commercial, technical, and operational teams. ⢠Ability to travel up to 75%.
