📋 Description
• Oversee international division as an International Program Manager • Manage program delivery resources and budgets • Lead client engagements and ensure execution of programs • Drive proposal and delivery of technology-enabled offerings • Support firm-wide strategy implementation and business development efforts • Spearhead team member career management and professional development
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years in intelligence or special forces • 2+ rotations with partners and liaisons • Operational or analytical experience in government • Experience leading a team of 5 or more people • Proven track record of good judgement managing $10M+ budget • Senior level relationships with international Special Forces, Intelligence, and other partner governments.
