📋 Description

• Administer, secure, monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot AWS services including EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and Route 53 • Manage cloud provisioning, access, networking, governance, cost, backup, recovery, and incident response • Support cloud design, deployment, automation, modernization, and documentation • Administer and troubleshoot Windows servers, storage, virtualization, backups, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and certificates • Monitor capacity and availability; perform patching, upgrades, lifecycle management, and standardization • Support implementations, migrations, modernization, disaster recovery, testing, and documentation • Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID users, groups, permissions, access, and lifecycle activities • Support MFA, Conditional Access, role-based access, hybrid identity, authentication, integrations, and issue resolution • Support and troubleshoot Cisco switching, routing, wireless, VPN, and connectivity across on-premises, AWS, and remote environments • Maintain least-privilege security controls across cloud, infrastructure, endpoints, identity, and networks • Monitor threats and vulnerabilities; support hardening, remediation, incident response, audits, compliance, and risk assessments • Provide Level II support for cloud, server, network, identity, and application infrastructure issues • Perform root-cause analysis, coordinate resolutions, document changes, and escalate high-risk or out-of-scope issues • Automate administration with PowerShell and maintain monitoring, alerting, reporting, configuration, documentation, and inventories • Participate in after-hours maintenance, support, and on-call rotations • Plan, test, deploy, validate, and document infrastructure, cloud, security, migration, upgrade, modernization, and lifecycle projects • Coordinate implementation and knowledge transfer with IT, vendors, and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of progressively responsible systems, infrastructure, cloud, networking, and cybersecurity experience in highly available hybrid environments • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience • Experience with AWS and Azure • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP • Experience with PowerShell • Experience with Microsoft Defender and endpoint management • Experience with Cisco routing, switching, wireless, VPN, and network security • Experience with virtualization, backup, disaster recovery, vulnerability management, security monitoring, and infrastructure monitoring • Ability to interpret technical and business documentation • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to IT staff, management, vendors, and stakeholders • Ability to analyze data and diagnose complex cross-platform issues • Ability to make sound decisions during urgent events • Ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining service quality • Preferred certifications include Azure Administrator, Microsoft Security or Identity and Access Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect or SysOps Administrator, CCNA/CCNP, Security+, CISSP/SSCP, and ITIL Foundation
