📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of coordination for all Technology & Innovation division projects. • Manage project schedules, scope, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple teams. • Facilitate cross-departmental communication, ensuring alignment between technical teams, internal stakeholders, and leadership. • Proactively identify risks, issues, and resource conflicts, escalating as needed. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records in JIRA and Deltek Vantagepoint. • Prepare and distribute project dashboards, reports, and portfolio-level summaries for leadership review. • Ensure consistency in documentation, including charters, meeting minutes, task logs, and lessons learned. • Support resource management and forecasting by maintaining clean project data. • Apply technical understanding to facilitate discussions with software development, AI, GIS, IT administration, data analytics, and field technology teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field. • 2–5 years of project management experience in a technology or engineering environment. • PMP, CAPM or Agile certification (Scrum Master, SAFe) desirable. • Proficiency with JIRA (or similar work management tools). • Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint (or comparable ERP/CRM platforms). • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid). • Understanding of software development lifecycles, IT workflows, or engineering project practices. • Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
