📋 Description
• Conduct RON closings, primarily HELOC loan package, along with other real estate and loan package types as assigned • Verify signer identity and review packages for completeness before/during signing • Review each package for completeness before and during signing — catch missing fields, incorrect entries, or missing signers before they become a re-sign • Maintain a consistent, high daily signing pace • Escalate unresolved package issues per procedure • Complete package-specific training
🎯 Requirements
• NNA Certified Signing Agent • Active RON certification, notary in good standing • Demonstrated experience closing loan signings, ideally HELOC or other residential mortgage products • Comfortable with fast-paced, high-volume days • Strong attention to detail • Passion for innovation and are comfortable with change
