📋 Description

• **Position Summary ** • The Clinical Specialist will be primarily responsible for training and supporting users of our products. This includes teaching and training users in the correct manner to ensure our products are used safely and effectively - both for the preservation of organs prior to transplant, and for various clinical and non-clinical research studies. The role of Clinical Specialist will involve global travel, primarily within North America, visiting leading sites of transplantation surgery. This means the Clinical Specialist will be required to work after business hours, including nights, weekends and some very long days, which is the norm due to the unpredictable nature of organ donation and transplantation.

🎯 Requirements

• **Essential Requirements:** • - BS degree in combination with equivalent medical experience, with 3+ years’ experience in ICU, ECMO, Cath Lab, OR, Transplant, and ED • - Regardless of professional background, must possess the following qualifications: • - Must be highly flexible and willing to support sites as needed within and across North America • - Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills • - Strong problem-solving skills • - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; able to work collaboratively and build rapport with internal and external contacts • - Excellent customer facing skills. • - Ability to work calmly and professionally under pressure • - Must be able to enthusiastically work at fast pace in dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities • - Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency • **Preferred Requirements:** • - A licensed RN, RT, RD and/or a health science-related degree • - Industry experience in pharmaceutical or medical device
