📋 Description

• Complete a two-year rotational Engineering Graduate Program • Work on real projects and solve complex engineering challenges • Contribute to mining, technology, innovation, and operational activities • Rotate through technical on-site assignments across core business units • Gain experience in Mining Services, Technical Services, PPIS, Safety, Project Management, and Supply Chain • Participate in rotations such as Field Operations, Technical Services, Manufacturing, Technology, and Commercial • Develop skills and knowledge through coaching and on-the-job training • Follow a personalized learning roadmap • Receive career management guidance, leadership development, and mentoring • Transition into potential careers in Mining Services Leadership, Operations, Technical Services, PPIS, Safety, or Project Management

🎯 Requirements

• Eligible to work within the United States with no sponsorship • Eligible to drive a motor vehicle in the United States • In final year of a university undergraduate degree or degree completed within the last year • Willing to undergo a pre-employment background check, medical and drug screen • Open to living and working anywhere in the United States • Willing to relocate multiple times during the first two years for each rotation, likely in remote locations across the United States, based on business need • Willing to permanently live and work in a remote location anywhere in the United States after the two-year rotation program, based on business need • Living in the United States and able to attend selection stages in person, if required • Open to a June 2027 start date • Degree in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Geology, Geological Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or another appropriate engineering discipline
