• Develop case strategy and advance business and commercial litigation matters • Research legal issues • Prepare persuasive pleadings, motions, and briefs • Support discovery • Analyze evidence • Help prepare for depositions and hearings • Collaborate with colleagues • Communicate with clients • Keep assigned matters moving forward
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of business litigation experience • Experience preferably in a law firm setting • A North Carolina or South Carolina bar license • Strong legal research skills • Strong legal writing skills • Strong analytical skills • Strong organizational skills • Independent, adaptable approach • Confidence to take initiative • Residence within 75 miles of the office supported • Strong academic credentials are preferred
