📋 Description

• Manage diverse civil litigation defense matters from discovery through trial preparation • Draft and respond to discovery requests • Prepare pleadings and persuasive legal documents and court filings • Develop effective litigation strategies • Take and defend depositions • Prepare witnesses • Participate in case evaluations and settlement discussions • Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams • Research complex legal issues • Build strong client relationships • Deliver efficient, results-driven representation

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school • Active California Bar membership in good standing • 3+ years of relevant civil litigation experience • Experience with written discovery • Experience taking or defending depositions • Experience in personal injury, construction defect, habitability, insurance coverage, product liability, or professional liability litigation is highly desirable • Strong legal research, writing, negotiation, and communication skills • Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating effectively with a team • Candidates outside California must accommodate California court appearances when necessary
