📋 Description

• Independently review complex individual, S corporation, and partnership tax returns for accuracy and compliance • Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted resource for tax questions and planning opportunities • Research complex tax matters, identify potential issues, and recommend practical solutions • Oversee tax engagements from planning through completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery • Provide meaningful review feedback and help develop junior accounting professionals • Collaborate with leadership on tax strategies, workflow improvements, and client service initiatives • Take ownership of responsibilities that contribute to the growth and success of the practice

🎯 Requirements

• Active CPA license required • 4+ years of recent public accounting tax experience • Experience independently reviewing Forms 1040, 1120-S, and 1065 • Proven experience managing client relationships and multiple tax engagements • Strong technical tax knowledge • Strong problem-solving abilities • Strong communication skills • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards • Availability during Eastern Time business hours • Tax advisory experience, an existing book of business, or familiarity with ProConnect is a plus, not required
